Pricing FAQ
Is a custom domain extra?
No. Connecting your club's domain (e.g. yourclub.com) is included in every plan.
Are there SMS charges?
Email and push notifications are included. SMS (charged by carriers) comes in convenient prepaid packs — you only pay for what you send.
I've seen cheaper systems — why does KlubOS cost more?
Different category. Cheaper tools are digital record-keeping: fees, attendance, a list. KlubOS is a growth platform — it adds marketing (result → graphic → ready-made post), recruitment funnels, a grants module and a parent app. At an average membership fee, roughly 2 extra athletes a month pay for the plan. If all you need is a notebook for dues — don't overpay. If you want the club to grow — it pays for itself.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes. Pay yearly up front and you get 2 months free — you pay for 10 months and use it for 12. Example (up to 120 athletes): 2 490 PLN/year instead of 2 988 PLN.
Why is pricing based on club size, not features?
Because every club — even the smallest — gets the full system: online payments, parent app, attendance, results, marketing and grants. No wondering which plan a feature is in. You pay fairly for your club size, and the system grows with you.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — switch plans at any time as your club grows.
Is there a fee on parents' online payments?
Online payments are optional; we take a small, transparent per-transaction commission. Regular bank-transfer dues are free.
Is KlubOS available outside Poland?
KlubOS is Poland-first today (Przelewy24/Stripe payments, Polish e-invoicing and legal templates). The core platform is country-agnostic — if you run a club elsewhere, get in touch and we'll talk about the rollout roadmap.
What is the Founding Clubs Programme?
