Everything a parent asks the coach about, on their phone
When is the next session, has the fee been paid, who do I tell that she is ill. The KlubOS parent app answers those questions before they reach the coach's phone in the evening.

What parents get
Schedule and absences
The week's sessions for each child, with changes and cancellations. Reporting an absence takes one tap, and the coach sees it straight away.
Fees and payments
What is due and what has been paid, for every child. Pay by card or Direct Debit from the app, or report a bank transfer with a photo of the confirmation.
Messages with the club
Club announcements and a two-way chat with the coach. Parents can confirm they have read an important message.
Attendance and progress
Attendance with a weekly summary and streaks, belts and gradings, results and medals, and a year in the club at a glance.
Consents and collection
Photo and profile consents in the parent's hands, and the list of people allowed to collect a child.
Notifications
Push notifications for cancelled sessions, new messages and fees due, on iPhone and Android.
Parent app questions
Do parents need an app store account?
No. The parent app opens from a link sent by the club. On iPhone it is added to the home screen from Safari, on Android from Chrome, and from then on it opens like any other app.
Is it in English?
Yes. For a club set to English the whole parent app is in British English, with dates and amounts in UK format. A parent can switch to Polish in the app settings, which suits bilingual families.
Can one parent see more than one child?
Yes. Brothers and sisters appear in the same account, and a second parent or guardian can be linked to the same child with a code.
What does it cost parents?
Nothing. The parent app is part of the club's plan. Parents only pay the club's own fees.
